As a photographer, one who is based in Cypress, I adore meeting new clients. I love hearing your stories, interacting with you, connecting, and of course being there to document your beautiful family milestones such as a pregnancy announcement! This is such an exciting time as you prepare to tell your loved ones your special news. I take great pride in photographing pregnancy announcements because I want the images to be warm, connected, and timeless. I also like helping you design the session if needed; the location, outfits, and actual method you announce are very important. 

In the case of the N Family, we were definitely adventurous! November has had its share of poor weather, so on the day of their session we did not want to reschedule since they were eagerly anticipating telling family and friends. Despite rain, we continued on with the session and ended up using the Cypress Historic Society; it's a great location as it's covered, has lovely parking, and also feels rustic. 

I cannot tell you how much I enjoyed meeting the N family! Aside from being extremely kind and sweet, their excitement is infectious and I really enjoyed my time with them. Their positive, upbeat attitude had me smiling and we had so much fun chatting and hearing about baby names and how excited their family will be. Thank you so much! I hope to work with you again!

Good morning! Since it's the day after Thanksgiving, I'm sure you're either eating delicious leftovers, spending time with loved ones, or maybe even braving the crowds for some black Friday shopping. However, I'm just at home catching up on work since today is my due date for baby number three and I want to be fully caught up when she makes her appearance. 

This morning I am previewing a 2015 fall family session. As a photographer, I predominately work out of Cypress, TX - a suburb located in Houston. However, I serve the greater Houston area and surrounding suburbs so many families travel to me; I am also available for travel - especially for my little newborn clients!

Good morning, folks! As a photographer, I specialize in photographing baby bumps, family milestones, precious tots, and of course squishy newborns. I adore all of my clients, though I must say my most petite clients are extra special; there is something extraordinary about a newborn. Maybe it's their vulnerability, their soft newness, the stillness surrounding them. Regardless, their sessions are near and dear to me and I am honored to be able to document them. 

Moreover, meeting the family and connecting during our time together is also lovely; I enjoy spending time with you, hearing your stories, and documenting the milestone in your life. For example, I first met Miles' parents at their natural light, on location maternity session, seen here. 

Once Miles arrived, I designed a session for him based on colors such as grey, cream, and blue. He is such a handsome little love and it was wonderful spending the afternoon with him!
