Since today is so gloomy outdoors, I am at my desk blogging, editing, sending invoices/contracts and of course designing upcoming sessions. As a photographer, one who specializes in squishy newborns, precious tots and baby bumps, I look forward to creating a fun experience for you. This in mind, I am excited to showcase a recent family session.
Meet the P family! They're a sweet bunch I had the pleasure of working with. We met in beautiful Cypress, Texas for a sunrise session. This is when the light is most stunning and provides a beautiful canvas to pose your family upon. Moreover, it's cool weather - in the 60's. Think of all the cute attire you can wear. Scarves, hats, boots, jeans and jackets galore - nothing is off limits!
Perhaps my favorite aspect of this session are the kiddos; they're only about 15 months apart so they appear to be twins. They are best friends and I have plenty of precious outtakes to preview, such as sister photobombing brother and her wanting to give him hugs and kisses. Seriously - nothing is more adorable than two toddlers who love one another. The following are some of my favorite images from their session. Believe me - it was super hard to narrow these down for the blog post, much less for Mom's final copies. Many thanks to the P family for your time. The best part of the session was when Big Sister wanted to help Little Brother. Oh, my word. I'm melting! She ran forward and just jumped on in. And like a true professional, I got on my stomach and snapped away, muahah! Let them be little.
After the family portion, we did a cake smash for little brother! So much fun!
