Good morning, everyone! Whew, this week sure has flown by. It's already Thursday and I'm gearing up for all the weekend sessions. However, this morning I am behind my desk as I blog one of the latest newborn baby clients I had in front of my camera. As a Houston photographer (and mama!) I know how special these sessions are. There is a small window of time in which they take place and the nature of the session is both delicate and intricate. For instance, the sessions require the utmost love, care, patience, and safety, particularly in regards to posing, styling, and handling of the precious little one. This in mind, my heart has a soft spot for newborns because it's an immense honor to work with them. I look forward to each and every session. I adore creating the set ups, ordering the props, and then snuggling your impossibly beautiful little cherub baby!
Let's talk about Baby C. Isn't he handsome? For his in home newborn session, I used a color scheme of grey, cream, white, navy blue, and even a little bit of green for a pop of color. I bring a variety of items to adorn your precious newborn; everything is provided by me from the lighting, back drops, buckets and crates and boxes and antique items, bonnets and hats, beautiful, handcrafted custom pieces, too. It's all inclusive for ease and comfort.
