Greetings! Good evening to you! I'm excited you're here on my nifty little blog. If it's your first time here – welcome! If you’ve visited it before, hey you! I’m stoked you’re here. As you may (or may not) know I’m Sarah. I’m a Houston TX Photographer specializing in all things family portraiture and newborn babies. This means, in a nutshell, I have a succinct focus on the familial milestones in your life: this includes pregnancy portraiture for expecting couples and mothers to be, bringing home a new baby, or even child milestones sessions. I also offer a very popular maternity and newborn combination plan, which I’ll be previewing for you now.
You see: I believe parents deserve the best of both worlds. High resolution retouched files and the most exclusive and luxurious prints and products that are only available to professional photographers, such as myself. And by 'professional' I mean legal, insured, and running a legitimate tax paying business. : - )
When booking a maternity and newborn combination package with Sarah Borchgrevink Photography, you receive your choice of either an outdoor sunrise or sunset portrait session and also a stunning newborn session. Newborn sessions take place in my absolutely breathtaking studio that’s all white and organic. However, for clients interested in an in home session, I do offer lifestyle newborn sessions so these are an option, too.
An in person consultation also takes place. This is the part where we go over the fine details of your contract, chat about newborn safety, and we also go over locations, outfits, hair and makeup ideas, and perhaps the type of products you’d like to see in your home. It’s customer service driven from beginning to end. I adore working with you and want you to have an awesome experience!
After each session, we schedule a fantastic ordering appointment. While you do receive impeccably retouched high resolution digital files, you also receive a plethora of boutique products. Trust me: the paper is amazing. You won’t want to give me back the samples, ha! Your products are immediately ordered, too, so they may grace your walls and act as a fine art piece in your home. Your photos belong for loved ones to see and enjoy.
This in mind, I am previewing a beautiful couple I had the honor of documenting. In general, I like to photograph your radiant baby bump at around 33 weeks; this ensures you’re comfortable but also have a stylish and ever so endearing bump to show off. After all, your bump is the star and your pregnancy portraits celebrate all things graceful, feminine and ethereal about your pregnancy.
