I am proud to now be offering lifestyle and home documentary sessions. Lifestyle sessions are about letting go and focuses on raw and pure moments. These are the Eskimo kisses with your little ones; making pancakes on a Saturday morning; creating messy finger paint art, or swimming in the pool. This is who you are. I want to celebrate you. Once the pitter patter of your kiddos footsteps has long ceased to echo, this is what you'll remember; this is a concrete connection to your past. I am here to tell your story, I am honored to be part of your life. I am here to celebrate your love and create a time piece  we often do not appreciate until they're long gone.

As a mommy two to little ones {with one on the way!}, I cannot tell you how much I treasure the simple photos of them around the house. I love seeing my kiddos be who they are, and I adore documenting these characteristics.  It's real. It's unrehearsed. It's my life. It's the magic of who you love. They're timeless treasures.

Oh, Ellie. You're so sweet and charming! I always love seeing you. When your mama e-mailed me about setting up your session, I was very excited to work with you and capture your personality as we celebrate you turning one.

It's a fun age. One year old's are inquisitive, spunky, and often have their own agenda. The latter especially makes for a fun photography session because we're never *quite* sure what will happen next. But that's alright; I advocate for embracing the child's mood and personality. 

For Ellie's natural light session, Mom and I planned a sunrise session. In case you didn't know, every session I do is either at sunrise or sunset; it is my goal for the sun to always act as a back light in every photo and surround your little one. The forecast for Houston, Texas said we could expect sunny skies. So, Mom and I planned an early sunrise session. However, things don't always go as planned. The morning of the shoot, the sky was dark and cloudy, even though the weather still predicted sunny skies! Hmph. No matter, we still had a great time.

Ellie could not be more beautiful! I adore the outfit suggestion. It's timeless and chic, too. Some of the photos Ellie is wearing her bow, and some of them she's not. She was a little feisty and definitely knew what fashionably attire she liked and didn't, haha!

Newborn Twin Photographer | Houston baby, child, and family photography

I hope everyone is doing well! As a Houston photographer, I'm thrilled to present a beautiful set of twins to you. L and G are perfect in every way. They're my first set of twins I've ever worked with, though I really enjoyed their session. Each baby is an individual and had her own personality. I am looking forward to seeing the two little ones grow!
