What Portrait Membership combinations are offered?

In the 610 loop, Sarah Borchgrevink Photography offers three popular portrait memberships showcasing dynamic milestones such as pregnancy, newly arrived cherub, and infant milestone portraits.

There are three membership options available! They are as follows:

• Belly and Newborn at $1900 + tax | Includes ‘simple maternity/family’ package + “petite newborn session’ (2 sessions total) at $1900 + tax.

• Baby Plan at $2400 + tax | Includes ‘petite newborn session’ package as well as a ‘pure baby milestone’ package at seven months and a ‘pure baby milestone’ package at 12 months (3 sessions total) at $2400 + tax.

• Maternity + Baby Plan at $3250 + tax | Includes ‘simple maternity/family’ package, a petite studio newborn package, as well as a ‘pure baby milestone’ package at seven months and a ‘pure baby milestone’ package at 12 months (4 sessions total).

The monumental milestones are pregnancy, newborn when Baby is sitting up unassisted, and Baby turning one with a cake smash and splash session.

Package Costs + What’s Included:

The membership of your choice is broken into installments. $100 (+tax) and a signed contract commission Sarah as your photographer. After this, the remaining balance of each session is equally divided into payments. The studio takes cash, personal check, credit cards, money orders, ACH, and debit cards.

Each session costs one flat rate to receive your full-resolution digital gallery of non-watermarked images, unlimited printing rights of your photos, and a curated list of labs. Hence, you know where to purchase your prints. Canvases, albums, wall art, and more! There are no in-person sales, minimum print orders, or separate sitting fees. Professional photos and products are available for purchase, however, for parents seeking the highest quality. Products are purchased through an online gallery store from the comfort of your home and delivered to your home.

As a full-time pregnancy photographer in Houston, I often ask if there is a bundle or package that caters to parents looking to book multiple appointments. Great news, there is! This post details the portraiture memberships, what’s included, and how to book. 

• Booking a membership to my studio is simple: you have finalized your appointments in advance and prioritized booking. Not only do you receive a $100 discount for booking multiple sessions, but you also receive a treasured heirloom album as a gift from me. The album is designed at the end of your membership. Your album is a 10" x10” professional-grade heirloom piece showcasing 20 spreads and 40 pages. You may choose luxury-grade genuine leather or linen as your album type.

Memberships also ensure you’re guaranteed studio spots on my busy calendar. We can also plan your sessions and create stunning works of art that cohesively blend since the same artist does them. Your membership means you’ve commissioned me to photograph milestones in your life. You have my utmost undivided attention and joy!

STUDIO HOURS & 6 DAYS PER WEEK AVAILABILITY:

Studio sessions, consultations, and gown fittings occur during the hours below. Sarah and Kevin are a husband and wife team with six days/week availability. Sundays are no longer available as our studio's commercial office building is located within stopped offering air conditioning on Sundays in response to COVID-19.

• M-F from 10:00 am - 4:00 pm

• Saturday 9:30 a.m. - 1:30 pm

• Sunday: Closed

OUTDOOR, ON-LOCATION PORTRAIT PHOTOGRAPHY HOURS

Outdoor sessions (maternity or family) are scheduled outside studio hours at sunrise and 30 minutes before sunset. Due to the tentative nature of outdoor sessions, these occur at different times throughout the year. Would you please e-mail directly, as our online calendar is for studio appointments only?

• We offer ten outdoor appointments per month. Each parent receives three dates they select; one is set for our photography session, and then you’re offered two separate dates in case of emergencies, poor weather, illness, or something outside your control. If weekends are your preference, please consider booking as early as possible. All outdoor sessions are at sunrise or 30 minutes before sunset.

Each appointment includes:

• 14-day turnaround time for online proofing in which the top images are showcased +option to purchase rush editing for an additional $200 + tax.

• The client closet provides numerous options for newborns, infants, and toddlers, boy tops (up to 7t), shirts and tops for dads, darling knits and outfits for toddler boys and girls, and motherhood gowns. On-location airbrush makeup and hair artistry are available as an add-on, too. We also offer complimentary studio tours and gown fittings and invite you to visit with us so we may assist in styling you.

• Fully stocked newborn studio filled with props galore

• Beautiful motherhood wardrobe for maternity, newborn, and family portraiture

• Print release, cloud storage recommendations, and a curated list of consumer-grade labs

• Private digital gallery of full-resolution, retouched images available for immediate download

• Print release & lab recommendations to utilize

• Option to add additional full-resolution JPEG images or heirloom prints and products through your online proofing gallery. There is no obligation to purchase anything beyond your initial package.

• Twin newborn photography sessions are available M-F BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 10:00 a.m. AND 1 p.m. (FINISH SESSION NO LATER THAN 2:00 p.m.) We will not be accepting twins from June - September.

• Twin newborn sessions include a $200 fee and an additional 60 minutes/talent. Twin newborn sessions may be any package you like. We split the session between your little ones.

  
  

  OPTION TO ADD AIRBRUSH MAKEUP AND ARTISTRY TO ALL PORTRAIT PACKAGES

  • The studio has partnered with a top-notch professional hair styling and airbrush makeup artist, Annie Williams. Services are available as an add-on to all portrait packages. In addition, our preferred vendor provides on-location services at our studio or, if you prefer, your home.

OUR CLIENT CLOSET & WARDROBE ARE FOR YOUR USE

• Ethereal, light, flowy, airy, and timeless pieces accent your session beautifully. Expect to see ivory, creams, whites, and muted colors and nudes, although there are colorful options. Jewel tones and classic black make an appearance, too. Complimentary gown fittings are welcome to booked clients. These are available in sizes small through extra-large. Big sister wardrobe is a new addition, also! Available in sizes three months - 8-T. At this time, our closet includes over 300 dresses.

• The client closet provides numerous options for newborns, infants, and toddlers, boy tops (up to 7t), shirts and tops for dads, darling knits and outfits for toddler boys and girls, and motherhood gowns. On-location airbrush makeup and hair artistry are available as an add-on, too. We also offer complimentary studio tours and gown fittings and invite you to visit with us so we may assist in styling you.

• “Simple” maternity session includes up to 45 minutes of time and talent. Your spouse/partner and children are included in the session. Your spouse and children are included in addition to the motherhood wardrobe. Your choice of 15 full-resolution, professionally edited digital files (+ matching black/white edits) is delivered via instant digital download. Two gowns of your choice are included. This package is ideal for parents who would like more variety or have children who take longer to warm up to the camera.

• On-location, outdoor photoshoots occur at sunrise or 30 minutes before sunset. Please consider booking your outdoor maternity session, if this is your preference, by week 20.

• “Petite” newborn session includes up to two hours of studio time. Family, sibling, parent images, and individual newborn portraits. Your baby’s setups include wrapping, naked posing, macro photography, and floor props. Your choice of 25 full-resolution, professionally edited digital files (+matching black/white edits) are delivered via instant digital download. This package is available to babies up to 21 days new for full-term infants and three weeks for babies born early who spent time in the NICU. The session may also be Baby only if this is your preference.

• The payment schedule is broken into three installments. $100 (+tax) and a signed contract secure your membership. The remaining balance of $1800 (+tax) is divided into two equal installments due on the day of each session.

• A complimentary heirloom album is gifted to you at the end of your membership. Your album is a 10”x10” professional-grade heirloom piece showcasing 20 spreads, which is 40 pages. You may choose the luxury-grade genuine leather or linen as your album type.

• “Petite” newborn session includes up to two hours of studio time, family, sibling, parent images, and individual newborn portraits. • “Pure” baby milestone session for both the little sitter seven months and 12-month cake smash and splash session. This package includes 30 minutes of studio time. Expect to see up to 3 outfits as we focus on capturing your Baby’s current milestones.

Maternity Details:

Motherhood wardrobe is provided for client use. There are several gowns available featuring sizes small to extra large. Colors also include pastels, jewel tones, and even neutrals. The best time to photograph your baby bump is when you’re around 29 - 34 weeks along. Pregnancy portraits are best photographed at sunrise or sunset, unless you select a studio appointment, as this is when the light is most beautiful and flattering to the pregnant silhouette. Studio appointments look best in the early afternoon, such as 1:00 p.m. Your spouse and children are also welcome to participate and family pets, if this is your preference, as I recognize that animals are family, too. Newborn Details:

Newborn sessions occur in Sarah’s studio six days per week during the following hours. The studio is located at 4550 Post Oak Place Drive. Newborn sessions are studio only and do not occur in the home or hospital.

• M-F from 9:00 am - 3:30 pm

• Saturday and Sunday are 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

• Newborn sessions are best photographed in the first 14 days of life. Our preference is 5-9 days old for the best results. The studio happily offers extended scheduling for little ones who spent time in the NICU or perhaps missed the traditional window of newborn time. Baby milestones can modify sessions to fit the baby’s age. Nevertheless, newborn sessions are best photographed as early as possible. Your baby is sleepy, curly, mold-able, and able to be safely posed into those squishy oh-so-precious posed in which all their serene sleeping selves and squishy rolls are showcased! Floor props, wrapping, family, sibling, parent, and macro images are also included for an incredibly diverse, well-rounded gallery you’ll treasure and pass down to your sweet little arrival as they grow into an adult.

• Full styling is always provided, which means rustic, dreamy, and timeless works of art! Floor props such as vintage or antique pieces, buckets, bowls, crates, and unique and handmade one a kind props make your session extra special! Hats, bonnets, caps, headbands, accessories, and costumes are also included for your baby, as well as all textiles, wraps, backgrounds, etc. The studio is fully stocked and ready to create the best newborn images in Houston.

Sit back, bring Baby and their diaper bag, enjoy a book, watch Netflix, and snack away (all snacks and drinks provided!) while I skillfully pose your little one and create a great experience!

Baby Milestone Photography for Little Sitter and 12 Months

Baby milestone sessions showcase the new milestones your little one is hitting, such as standing up, crawling, clapping their hands, and simply being charming! Read more information about Houston Infant Baby Portraits.

• When your precious baby is around seven months old, you’ll visit for their little sitter session! I will provide all their outfits and props, just like the newborn session, and ensure everything matches! That way, when you hang the photos on the wall, your collection is cohesive both in shooting style, props, editing, and of course, the final look of the professionally edited image. Don’t worry - I tell you where to print your photos, so they look fantastic!

• At 12 months old, you will visit again! Like all of your other sessions, The studio will provide all props and styling. Expect us to capture the spirit of your little one! Each child is adorable, captivating, sweet, often energetic, and fearless. During our time together, we will play while allowing the apple of your eye to be who they are. Sessions are very laid back. I have four young children (The Tiny Tribe of Wild Women and Chief Jack) and can confirm little ones want to connect and feel special.

Sarah’s professional portrait studio is centrally located in Uptown, inside the 610 loop off San Felipe in the prestigious Post Oak Business Park. Fully vaccinated and insured, Sarah’s studio is 1,300 square feet and filled to the brim with everything needed for timeless, classic. Please note your newborn, little sitter, and one-year baby milestone sessions occur at our studio. Our studio address is 4550 Post Oak Place Drive, Suite 203, Houston, Texas 77027. Your maternity session may be studio or on-location, depending on what’s currently available for an outdoor session.
